MALACCA: Any honorary titles conferred by other than the Malacca Governor are considered illegitimate and recipients of such fictitious awards will be blacklisted by the state government from receiving any bona fide titles.
The state government has also initiated drastic measure to clamp fake conferment of titles by recommending enforcement agencies including police to take punitive actions against such faux.
