FLORISTS and nurseries in Ipoh, Perak, are expecting a shortage of flowers from Cameron Highlands during the Chinese New Year festival.

Many fear that the supply of flowers from Cameron Highlands, which has diminished over the last couple of months, would affect them as gloomy weather and dark clouds continue to loom over the highlands, compounded by a mudslide tragedy at Bertam Valley last October, which had destroyed many nurseries and farms there.
