KUCHING: The Dayak Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) has proposed a strategic entrepreneur programme involving Dayak individuals and Class F contractors.
Its deputy president Tan Sri Celestine Ujang said the programme could be worked out by 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) to provide soft skills training towards enhancing mental aptitude, management skills and income levels.
