Owners of RM300,000 houses want developer to repair cracked walls and leaking roofs

Adi Hafiz said that there were numerous defects at his home in Bandar Baru Bangi, and despite repairs by the contractor, there were still leaks with his house roof.

RESIDENTS of 144 double-storey terrace houses in Kenanga Seksyen 4, Bandar Baru Bangi, want the developer to repair the numerous defects in their houses.

They claimed that the units, bought for RM300,000 each, have problems such as cracked walls and leaking roofs.
