Selangor Jais raid draws more flak from state politicians


KUCHING: The raid and seizure of Bahasa Malaysia and Iban Bibles by the Selangor Islamic Affairs Department (Jais) has drawn more criticism from political leaders in Sarawak.

Ba’Kelalan assemblyman Baru Bian said it was a clear breach of the Federal Cabinet’s 10-point solution that Christians in Sabah and Sarawak would be allowed to use the word “Allah” in their worship and publications.
