EXPRESS bus drivers are continuing to ignore rules by picking up and dropping off passengers in Jalan Ria, near Komtar, Penang, causing traffic congestion in the area.
A check by The Star showed that some of the express buses are parked by the side of the road along the double yellow lines, for up to an hour.
