Avoid making misleading statements, SUPP tells branches

KUCHING: SUPP branches should refrain from making misleading or irrelevant statements that will confuse party members and the public, especially with regard to a letter sent by the Registrar of Societies (ROS) to the party.

Making this call, central disciplinary committee secretary Matthew Chen said some branches had wrongly interpreted the ROS letter dated April 3, 2012 and used it as an excuse not to adhere to the party leadership’s decisions.
