TELEKOM Malaysia Bhd (TM) has refuted claims that customers were not informed of the discontinuation of its free email services on Dec 1.
In a statement issued by TM, the company said two announcements were posted on its corporate website (www.tm.com.my) in June and October this year to alert customers about the termination of their streamyx.com, tm.net.my, hsbb.com.my, bluehyppo.com and unifi.my email services.
