Cable thieves leave roundabout in Petra Jaya in darkness

By YU JI

KUCHING: Petra Jaya residents may have noticed that the Bulatan Datuk Abang Kipali Abang Akip has been quite dark lately.

It has only been months since the Kuching City North Commission (DBKU) completed a RM70,000 landscaping project at the city’s oldest large-size roundabout, which sits at one of the busiest traffics in the state capital.
