MALACCA: Disabled drivers and community members are crying foul over errant able-bodied drivers who indiscriminately park their vehicles at bays designated for them in the historic city.
An OKU (orang kelainan upaya or disabled person) Low HK said that he ran into problems parking his car every time he needs to run errands at banks, telecommunication companies and shops in Taman Melaka Raya.
