KUCHING: A love of cooking has led Datin Ruby Sengupta to fulfil a lifelong ambition of writing her own cookbook of Bengali recipes.

The wife of retired surgeon Datuk Dr P.R. Sengupta, Calcutta-born Ruby took 20 years to produce the book titled “Indian Flavours from Sarawak, Borneo”.
