Chinese daily headline is misleading, says chairman

EVEN if the Opposition Leader does not speak first when debating the Budget, it does not contravene the standing order in the state assembly, said Air Itam assemblyman Wong Hon Wai.

Wong, who is the Pakatan Rakyat Backbenchers Club chairman, said an article in a Chinese daily yesterday with the headline ‘Standing Order has been contravened’ was misleading.
