MIRI: Parents have been advised to be on the lookout for psychological disturbances in children too obsessed with mobile phones and computers.
Women, Family and Community Development Minister Datuk Seri Rohani Abdul Karim said it had been observed that children hooked on the Internet or mobile phones for prolonged periods were in danger of suffering severe behavioural disorders.
