SHAH Alam mayor Datuk Mohd Jaafar Mohd Atan is pleading with the city’s denizens to help the local authority ensure public cleanliness.
Mohd Jaafar said Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) spent RM80mil a year on cleaning services, including domestic and commercial waste collection, cleaning the drains, cutting trees and sweeping the roads.
