THE controversial car park which is being rebuilt at the foot of Penang Hill will be ready in May, said Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng.
He said there would be 310 parking bays compared to 96 in the previous car park dubbed ‘Kancil car park’ which has since been demolished due to a poorly designed structure.
