THE current 30% discount in stall rental fees at Chowrasta Market in Penang is still not enough for market traders there in view of the drop in business due to ongoing upgrading work there.
Tanjong MP Ng Wei Aik said he would appeal to the Penang Municipal Council (MPPP) again for a bigger discount in light of the traders’ loss in income.
