THE number of unskilled foreign workers in the country has escalated, depriving locals from securing jobs, said Penang Deputy Chief Minister II Dr P. Ramasamy.
“This is a worrying trend and the Human Resources Ministry should seriously do something before the matter worsens,’’ he said.
