THE Penang Government plans to buy more unsold low-cost units in Seberang Prai from developers to lease out to eligible parties.
State Local Government, Traffic Management and Flood Mitigation committee chairman Chow Kon Yeow said there was a surplus of low-cost houses in Seberang Prai, especially south Seberang Prai.
