THE public can help reduce the population of stray cats and dogs by supporting efforts by the Ipoh Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ISPCA) to neuter the animals.

ISPCA vice-secretary Keith Yoong said the problem of stray animals would never be resolved unless they were neutered and stopped from producing more cats and dogs that would also end up as strays.
