A FACTORY owner in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur was shocked to receive two valuation notices for his factory — one showing an increase of 540% and the other, 886%.
Segambut MP Lim Lip Eng said the man, who declined to be named, was shocked with the huge percentage of increase as his property, which was only valued at RM4,000, is now RM48,600 and RM79,800 under the proposed increase.
