Public help chamber collect clothes and RM16,000 for typhoon victims


TOUCHED by the plight of typhoon Haiyan victims in the Philippines, the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Malaysia collected RM16,000 and 549kg of clothes to help relieve the hardship faced by those suffering from the devastation.

The money and clothes were collected eight hours after a booth was set up at the Auto-City in Juru near Bukit Mertajam on Sunday.
