THE Petaling Jaya City Council’s Health and Environment Department hosted a sumptuous garden high-tea in conjunction with Deepavali.
The council’s Indian female staff took pride in wearing colourful sarees during the belated celebration, led by department director Dr Chitra Devi N. Vadivellu who was clad in a red blouse and deep emerald green saree.
