KUALA Lumpur mayor Datuk Seri Ahmad Phesal Talib has advised the city’s residents not to jump the gun over the proposed assessment rates as they are not set in stone.

Breaking his silence for the first time on the issue, he advised residents not to worry over something that was still at the proposal stage.
