KUCHING: Weida (M) Bhd, which is seeking shareholder approval on its diversification into property development and investment during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) here on Dec 2, will require an estimated borrowing of RM55.9mil to finance its two high-rise residential property development projects.
The projects are the Urbana Residences in Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor and a condominium tower in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.
