AS THE extent of the damage caused by Super Typhoon Haiyan (dubbed Yolanda in the Philippines) becomes clear, international emergency relief and humanitarian organisation, World Vision, has declared a global response, appealing for US$20mil (RM60mil) from the global community to finance a massive relief response, details of which are being worked out by staff now on the ground.
