SELANGOR has recorded the highest number of dengue cases in the country from January to October this year, and in an effort to combat the menace, the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) will adopt the Communication for Behavioural Impact (Combi) method to fight it.
Of the 30,000 cases recorded, half were in the state.
