It was their way of thanking the community centre for setting up the reading room in their community. It is not just a place to read books but also where these underprivileged children learn English, improve their Mathematics, pick up computer skills and even learn the art of traditional dance.

Harapan Komuniti set up the Reading Centre in 2005 to offer a conducive place, for children and youths from the surrounding neighbourhood, to study and learn.
