IN a bid to produce more outstanding entrepreneurs, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with International Entrepreneurs Association (IEA), United Kingdom.

IEA Asia Pacific & Business Development Dean, Henry How, said the recent failure of many young graduates to secure a job after the completion of their studies was because of many issues in the country.
