SEVERAL traders at Medan Selera Prima 2 Section 2, Shah Alam, had their goods seized by the Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) during a joint operation.
They were penalised for setting up chairs and tables on the pathway and using charcoal grills, which have been banned.
