THE trend of using mobile applications (app) has caught up with the Ipoh City Council.

Ipoh Datuk Bandar Datuk Roshidi Hashim said since September, enforcement officers have been using tablets to issue compounds through the “mobile(k)@mbi” or mobile compound system to offenders in the city.
