THE Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) plans to acquire a device to test if the cooking oil used in eateries is recycled.

MBPJ Environmental Health Department’s education and Local Agenda 21 head Nurbaiti Abdul Wahab said the department was in the midst of making it mandatory for eateries to collect used cooking oil and sell to the council.
