KUCHING: The state’s civil service has undergone numerous evolutions after the state achieved its indepedence in 1963.
State Secretary Tan Sri Mohamad Morshidi Abdul Ghani said the civil service had moved many steps towards transformational government era to support and respond to the rapid need of the people for change, efficiency in service delivery and for development.
