MIRI: There has been a sudden flare-up of blockades and protests in interior Baram over the proposed dam there.
A local Barisan Nasional leader and an environmental activist yesterday both confirmed that there were at least two different protests that had flared up in Long Naah and Long Kesseh, the proposed site for the 1,000MW Baram dam.
