Mission accomplished: Graduates of Certificat de Cadet de Cuisine, Certificat d’Assistant de Cuisine, Certificat de Cadet de Patisserie and Certificat d’Assistant de Patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu Malaysia at their graduation ceremony.
IT was a fulfilling occasion for culinary students from Le Cordon Bleu Malaysia who graduated recently as it was a splendid ceremony.
The elegant evening at Maison Francaise in Kuala Lumpur was held for the students who successfully received their Diplome de Commis Cuisinier and Diplome de Commis Patissier.
Le Cordon Bleu general manager Ming Ho applauded the students’ success and commitment in achieving their goals.
“The culinary industry is one that is characterised by passion, creativity, drive and determination.
The students train for months in our facility with experienced and supportive chef instructors and administrative staff and we hope this will be the start of their journey in the culinary field,” she said.
Celebrity chef Datuk Redzuawan Ismail (Chef Wan) congratulated the graduates and also offered some advice.
“Be prepared for a tough journey and expect five to 10 years of no rest,” he said in jest.
Certificates were also awarded the following day to students who received the Certificat de Cadet de Cuisine, Certificat d’Assistant de Cuisine, Certificat de Cadet de Patisserie and Certificat d’Assistant de Patisserie.
