KUCHING: YKGI Holdings Bhd is buying a steel roofing manufacturing firm in Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park for nearly RM10.2mil to expand the group business to Sabah.
Newly incorporated wholly-owned subsidiary ASTEEL (Sabah) Sdn Bhd (ASSB) has entered into an agreement with seller K-Steel Industries Sdn Bhd (KSI) for the deal.
