Australian artist recreates various materials for her artwork


KUANTAN: Australian artist Jordan Wood made her Malaysian debut at an art exhibition in the East Coast Artist-in-Residence here recently, showcasing her collages and sculptures which were made from recyclable items.

The exhibition entitled “Why You Are Here” saw Wood using recyclables such as plastic bags, a broken motorcycle mirror, PVC pipes and tree branches, among others.
