IT was another thumbs up for the state Youth and Sports Department and the Penang Disabled Peoples Sports and Recreation Association (Pesron) when they concluded their inaugural technical and coaching athletics course for the disabled.
The four-day course which focused on the basic needs in technical and coaching proved to be highly successful when it lured as many as 37 participants from the northern region.
