AN abandoned piece of land at the end of Section 19/14, Petaling Jaya is being used as an illegal dumpsite, leaving the residents living nearby worried.

Besides the stench, the residents’ biggest fear is that the site has become a breeding ground for Aedes mosquitoes and is also attracting drug addicts.
