JOHOR BARU: The Johor Drainage and Irrigation Department (DID) had failed to conduct proper widening and deepening of rivers as well as beautification projects in several districts here.
The department had allocated RM2.70mil between 2010 and 2012 to its respective offices in Batu Pahat, Muar, and Pontian to carry out the related works.
