ST Nicholas Home, Penang, will celebrate White Cane Day on Saturday to recognise the significance of the white cane and to honour the many achievements of the blind and the visually impaired (BVI).
Themed ‘Access is a Right’, the event will be held at Gurney Paragon mall in Penang from 8am to 12.10pm.
