KUCHING: The public, especially road users, are advised to obey traffic rules and be careful when on the road because 65% of road accidents are caused by human error.

Infrastructure Development and Communications Minister Datuk Seri Michael Manyin said road users should not rely solely on the police, the Road Transport Department (JPJ) and other traffic enforcement bodies to reduce road accidents.
