New entity to aid STIDC's transformation into a financially self-sustaining body


KUCHING: Pusaka Capital Sdn Bhd, a special purpose vehicle set up under the proposed restructuring of Sarawak Timber Industry Development Corporation (STIDC) will see a transfer of real properties from the latter to the former.

The exercise will comprise land areas of approximately 1,280ha in Tanjung Manis and several of STIDC’s key operating companies including Tanjung Manis Integrated Port Sdn Bhd and Tanjung Manis Development Sdn Bhd.
