KUANTAN: A pioneer community programme initiated by the Pahang CID saw some 220 officers of all ranks taking to the streets in a motorbike convoy.
Led by state police chief Senior Deputy Comm Datuk Sharifuddin Abdul Ghani, the men in blue spent two days joining their counterparts in Pekan and Rompin districts distributing leaflets containing important contact numbers to members of the public.
