AFTER operating for almost two decades, the Ipoh Parade shopping mall is undergoing refurbishment to turn it into a new, state-of-the-art landmark in Ipoh’s city centre.
Centre manager Chan Yu Yin said the mall expects a boost of at least 30% in foot traffic once the asset enhancement initiatives (AEI) are completed by the end of this year.
