KUCHING: Central Coldstorage Kuching Sdn Bhd will buy a building in Batu Kitang Light Industrial Park to serve as an egg distribution centre.
The wholly-owned subsidiary of CCK Consolidated Holdings Bhd (CCK) will pay Kuotai Development Sdn Bhd RM700,000 for the 1½-storey building in a related party transaction. The two parties had entered into a sale and purchase agreement on the deal.
