A TOTAL of 36 residents have submitted their objection forms to the Penang Municipal Council (MPPP) on a planned high-rise development in Pykett Avenue.

Penang Citizens Chant Group (Chant) adviser Yan Lee said the council had not briefed the residents about the project and its impact on traffic.
