THE bond between Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) and Hioki City, Japan have been further strengthened with the official launch of a MPSJ-Hioki centre on the ground floor of the 3C Complex in Subang Jaya.
The setting up of the centre follows the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between both cities in August last year.
