MIRI: Cell Four at Sibuti Sanitary Landfill is now ready to be used after a long delay since its proposed completion date last December.
Speaking at a press conference held at the facility, director of the Department of Solid Waste Management Malaysia, Datuk Nadzri Yahaya, said bad weather was the main reason for the delay.
