THE organisers of the Penang Bridge International Marathon (PBIM) 2013 are confident of attracting a record-breaking 50,000 participants for the Nov 17 event.
The number of registered runners has already breached the 46,000 mark which is much higher than the event’s previous record of 34,500 last year.
