KUCHING: The Government will do a detailed study on creating an outer ring road and inner ring road to ease traffic congestion in the city.
Announcing this, Works Minister Datuk Fadillah Yusof said planning for an outer ring road would cover Jalan Batu Kawa towards Jalan Malihah, Jalan Wawasan and the Bintawa toll plaza.
